It is best to do a research on which sort of exercise can best serve the purpose of which group and then go on from there. For the training routine to be ultra effective, the best thing would be to train only three times a week and no more than that because if you would train more than that it could become extremely tiring for your body resulting in problems. Start with a couple of warm up exercises and take a rest of at least four minutes between each set so that your body gets its time to rejuvenate. Never ever underestimate the importance of warming up as your body needs to come in the mode of training before you can actually start with it. Be consistent with whatever training routines you have chosen but vary their order so that the body doesn't get used to the order.
