After trying every weight loss treatment, eating every magical weight loss pill your weight is not actually lost. In fact you have gained few pounds since you have started your regular available weight loss diet plan.

After all that yo-yo weight loss plan your heart sinks into hopelessness and all good things of life seem meaningless.

You should not consider food as your rival. Food is your best friend. It gives you energy to work properly. All you need is to have a balance in your eating habits.
