Index is the new chopping board categorisation system from kitchen accessory designers Joseph Joseph.

In a neat ABS storage case that has a non-slip base, the four colour coded chopping boards have illustrated tabs labelling which board should be used for which food type (vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food). Food hygiene is imperative in the kitchen as we all know. The problem is, when we are busy chopping away concentrating on our timing its not so easy to remember which board you chopped the steak on, which you diced your carrots on and which you left your raw prawns on... The results can be lets say... explosive!

The Index Chopping boards are a great solution. They look great, they are compact and stylish, the little icons on the tabs make board selection simple, they are made from dishwasher safe polypropylene and the tabs are staggered for visual ease.
